Shipment Processing Times

All orders typically are processed within 24 hours, occasionally there are unforeseeable reasons it may take us a little longer. We are trying our best to ship your order out as soon as we can. Please note that all orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We ship via UPS and USPS for domestic shipping and UPS, USPS, and DHL for international shipping. You will get to choose your shipping option during the checkout


Tracking your order

Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a link which will direct you to the carrier website for the status update on your package

 

Damages

Beads of Paradise is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transportation. If you received your order damaged, please let us know and we will determine the issue, and, in some cases, may have to file a claim with the carrier.  Please note that the claim process with carrier could take up to one month or sometime more

 

International Shipping

We currently ONLY ship to Canada and Australia. We disabled automatic shipping to most international locations in 2022 after a number of customers complained about the import taxes and fees that were being assessed on their side, which we have no control over. If you understand your own responsibility for those fees and are interested in proceeding with a purchase, please email us with the items you would like to purchase, your mailing/shipping address and we can create an invoice for you. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Shipping Only)

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible to pay those fees. We recommend you checking with your local customs office to familiarize with those fees before placing an order with us
