These curtains did not meet our stringent standards and are being offered at liquidation rates. Some will have disconnected strands and can be fairly easily repaired. They are still quite serviceable, but not first-rate quality and we do not offer them as such. FINAL SALE, AS IS. We will not accept returns of these for any reason.
