  • A traditional Louha amulet in the shape of a door or mihrab (prayer niche) containing hand-engraved Arabic and Tifinagh inscriptions within Blossoming Flower motifs and Magic Circles.
  • Origin is Morocco, mid-20th Century.

  • The Floral Motif in Islamic Art is thought to begin with the Mongol Invasion of Western Asia and the establishment of a Mongol Court in Iran in the 13th and 14th centuries.
